Gigabyte EP45T-DS3R mobo - 775, 1600 fsb, ddr3, 2x pci-e w\ crossfire support
comes with gigabyte Galaxy II Water Cooling kit. Before I dismantled the system, the piece on the back did not seem to be powering on, maybe loose connection, but it didn't effect the temperature because I was still getting 20c readings on my Q9450.
Selling as a package because the mounting bracket for the Galaxy cooler is firmly affixed to the back of the mobo and I'd just assume not break the motherboard in the process of prying it off 
The motherboard was running solid w\ the latest bios when the system was dismantled.
$145 Shipped for both.
Paid $145-150 for the galaxy 2 system and $150 for the board.
