upgrade to latest configuration

I am just now looking for advice to upgrade to a new system, by buying just a new system (box only).
I've not looked at computers in over a year ago and just starting to look again.
Currently have a P4 1.5 w RDRAM (1G)on an Asus P4T w/850 chipset.
So I have 2 questions:
1) Which motherboard (to use RDRAM - 4 rimms) will provide the most options with the latest 533 bus? Best value (options) with which processor? AMD or P4? Also looking for one that has front USBs.

2) Which processor (to use with above) has the best bang for the buck?

3) Any suggestions on a good reputable place online that I could purchase a box with "all" the guts?
OR should I just go buy the box & guts individully? (not desirable at this time)

RIMMs mean a P4, the best current board for features probably being the Ggiabyte GA-8IHXP, I usually don't look around too much for cheap RDRAM boards.
