My LJ1000 is connected to a laptop. Sometimes, I have to
disconnect and move the laptop.

When I replug in everything and try to print, I get a status
error telling me to unplug, replug etc., but it still
doesn't work and the status error keeps coming back.

To clear it, I have had to delete the printer and
'reinstall'. This is not easy because the Status Error keeps
popping up!

Is there a way to disconnect so that the next time the
printer is connected to the laptop, they recognize each other?

TIA
