Run-time error

everytime I start my computer..XP..while it is loading my
settings I get a pop-up warning that says Opensite and
below that
Run-time error '35761'
Requeat timed out
Can someone please help me? I'm very new to this, so I
need simple words I can understand. Also when I
disconnect from my server it says there are no
errors..does this mean for my system or for my server??
