My Asus P4P800 Deluxe motherboard died and I want something similar preferably dual memory channels like the Asus.

I need something that will take DDR PC3200 memory .... Pentium 4C processor.... AGP slot are the only real requirements.

I would be interested in the mobo only but I would consider it with the processor.

I am confused that mobo doesn't take DDR2 memory it takes DDR doesn't it?

You are right, only DDR 400. This mb is from a system that died from a psu failure about a yr ago. I have not tested the mb with a new psu but I'll give it to you at a good price with the cpu which I know is in good shape.

I am SW of Chicago. Unfortunately the mobo is really what is most important and you are telling me you don't know if it works which is a concern for me. Do you know the mobo didn't cause the CPU to fry???

You have a PM.

There's no physical damage to any capacitors or the mb itself. I can send you pictures. It's actually very clean. I wanted you to know that before going any further.

I appreciate your offer but unless you can verify that the board functions properly I really don't feel like replacing one problem board with another problem board right now. Thanks anyway.

I understand, no problem. There's a chance I'll keep it for a second system.
