are you encountering any issues with your operating system and motherboard. i am in the market for the board and have read horrible things about the ud5 and 64 bit.
can you help me out?

I have not had one problem with this setup. It's been smooth sailing since day 1. I recently just added a second 4870x2 as well, So now i'm running Quad-Fire GPU's!
