What is truth?

My PC - P4 2.4, motherboard MSI 648MAX.

There is the different values Vcore in the setup-bios. "PC Health Status" shows 1.456V, but "Frequency/Voltage Control" shows 1.525V. What is truth?

The truth is that your BIOS is set to make your core run at 1.525v but it's actually running at 1.456v. This is probably caused by a low 3.3v line on the power supply.
