Getting a new system..need some advice

Im getting a new system in the next 2 weeks about.
I dont have enough money to buy it all yet, since I will be missing the processor, but that will follow 2 weeks after. Around X-mas.

For now, I was think of getting...

As a mobo, the Elite K7S6A... since its a good price.

I have to get a 350W power supply

Im gonna get 128MB DDR RAM, since i need money for my CPU, and i'll get another 128MB at a later time...

For the CPU, I have enough money to get a Duron 1.3 or maybe an Athlon 1,6...
But I want something faster since it should keep me going for a few years.
I play a lot of games, all the new ones...so I was thinking of saving up for a XP 2.2 at least.

Does anyone have any advice on what parts to get? I was thinking of getting the elite mobo, since it only about 75Euro and the rest are around 100 or more...

Another question...if I got the mobo, can i run it with my current Duron 700 CPU?

And...
Lets say I get the Elite K7S6A and I get a 1800 XP...how much can I overclock? Because then I would just get the 1800 an clock it up to a 2400 XP if possible.
Also, since the 1800XP doesnt run at 1800Mhz, if I got a Duron 1,3 how high would that clock, since that chip is VERY cheap, although i think it would be a waste of money.

The MSI 745 Ultra is a better board with the same chipset at the same price as the K7S6A.
