Differences between ASUS boards

The one with the -C uses standard 16-bit RDRAM in pairs to get 32-bits from two chips. The one without the -C uses the new 32-bit RDRAM in single chips.

Speed wise, PC1066 and RIMM4200 are the same. RIMM4200 has slightly less latency because of its shorter data path, but is also less common.

I haven't been watching RIMM4200 prices because I wasn't considering a compatable board for myself. I do know it's harder to find than PC1066 though.
