Scan Disk runs on my RAID drives at every boot-up

Even with proper shutdown, Windows XP is running scan disk at every boot, but only on my RAID 0 drives. I have three WD 120gb JB drives, the first is partitioned into C & D drives, with Windows XP Professional installed on the C drive. The other two drives are running in a RAID 0 via the onboard Highpoint 374 controller and partitioned into E & Z drives. Both E & Z are getting scanned at every boot up. Any ideas how to make this stop?
