Try this:
Open Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab -
Delete all cookies
Delete all temporary Internet files
(include all offline content)
Click on the Clear History button and click Yes to doing so
Close out of Control Panel
Click on Start > Run > cmd (Press Enter)
- The Command Prompt window opens -
Type in each of these commands, pressing Enter after each -
Click OK when each file succeeds -
cd\
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
regsvr32 msjava.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 browseui.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
exit
Restart computer
See if the links are working now.
