I NEED HELP!!

Hello everyone,
I have a P4B533E motherboard with a 2.4 ghz intel cpu.
1024 ddr.

When i boot up I get a message "hardware monitor found an error"
I checked the hardwar monitor, and it looks like the 3.3V is running at only about 2.9V

I constantly get beeps when I start to run programs.
Anyone with help?

Are you using Anus Probe? If so, try a different program like motherboard monitor. Also check the voltages in the BIOS and see if it's dropping that low. It might be time for a new power supply.
