is it normal for msconfig to show the same file twice to be loaded at
startup?? I have about 6 programs that appear twice in the startup tab.
Is this necessary?? The location is different (HKLM and HKCU) Could this
be causing my constant CPU load problems??

Hi,

Nothing on the startup tab is necessary. Certainly not anything that was
installed after the operating system. Sounds like you may have some garbage
on the system.
