Quake 4 bad graphics

I have the graphics set to Ultra Quality, 2xQ AA, 8xAF, Multisampling and the game looks like crap. The player models look like mud.

It could be that you're running low resolution textures there - try enabling high quality textures in the game. Correct me if I am wrong.

What is your system setup?
