Orange box cd key issue

so after purchasing a fully legal version of valve's highly acclaimed oprange box, i was bitterly dissapointed when i discovered that upon installation my cd key was to be rejected.apparantly it has already been used which i s obviously impossible.i believe there is some sort of long winded process which involves me ending pictures of my product key off to valve,however, after paying full price for a game i feel its unfair to expect me to have to go through all of that.does anybody know of any cracks or key gens that i can use to get these games working?

If you bought it at a retail store take it back and say it doesn't work, they should allow you to exchange it for another copy.

u could spend new years day finding the receipt....
