Because of such a "overheating" dilema I would ask where I could find more performance, stability and future possibilities of upgrading between SiS 648(even SiS 655) +Intel P4 1,8A and nForce2(an Asus A7N8X) +Athlon XP2000+ ? I mean in all kind of apllications, games etc.

Hello. The technology is moving too fast to allow for sensible upgrading. Best choices at this point would be Asus A7N8X motherboard and AMD XP 2600+ processor. However, because there are many people having problems setting up their Asus A7N8X systems, too many issues to name, it would be better to have your Asus A7N8X system pre-built. Try ABSPC.

It is very easy to build your own system there is not reason to get a prebuild system. I build a few system with newest motherboard before and did not really have any problem.

Good day, upec. I recommended a prebuilt system specifically for a system based on the Asus A7N8X. Many are having problems relating to USB and getting their processor to operate at it's expected speed among other issues. You are very wise but many are not yet at that same level.
