windows won't load!

i got rid of the virus but i messed up something such that windows just wont load! not even in safe mode...what can i do???

Your boot record could be damaged, you can repair the boot record using<A HREF="http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/Q69/0/13.ASP&NoWebContent=1" target="_new">fdisk /mbr</A>from the Windows Floppy Start Up Disk.

You can do that from the windows CD too.
