Just finished downloading Windows XP Home critical updates, to find that I no
longer get pictures...instead I have little white boxes with coloured shapes
inside. Can anyone tell me how to prevent this happening again and how to
revert to pictures?
Thanks in anticipation.

OK, I'll take the first guess. Outlook Express? Go to tools/Options/Security
tab and remove the check mark from the Block Images option.

I dont use outlook express...is this a problem? I use msn for mail and as home page. Internet Explorer not used very often either, tend to do all via msn. Any otherinfo required? Can you suggest any other boxes that might help? V.sad person...am missing my butterfly not to mention the mess it makes of eBay. Thanks again. alisona.
