Activision is one of the world's largest video game publishers, and the company has been on a roll lately with the success of Guitar Hero III, Call of Duty 4, and its recent merger with Blizzard.

I'd like to point out that , any Starcraft II show-off will be done by Blizzard entertainment only...it was like that for years under vivendi and it's not gonna change.

So Blizzcon if held this year , will be the place :)

I'm not sure what to think about the merger (although isn't it just vivendi buying it and sorta-merging it with blizz?), because I don't think I have had one activision game on my pc in years. (other than demos)

Promoting the esrb, atleast it ain't the riaa lol..

Personally, whoever owns Activision and Blizzard would be very wise to keep the names separate. Both companies have reputations in their own subgenres of gaming, to move one or the other to a totally different name would confuse people.
