Hi, I hope someone can help me with this question.

I have a Saitek P880 and it was working. One day I plug it into the USB port and I don't hear the (bing bong) sound or the blue light lighting up on the control pad. Initially I plugged it in the front of the PC then tried each port on the back and no luck. I know each port works because I have a device plugged into them. Also I have a PCI card 5 port USB adaptor installed and still no luck.

I took my control pad to work and tried my work PC and the Saitek P880 lights up and works.

My home PC currently has XP Pro SP2 and all updated hotfixes installed. The OS was recently re-installed.

I contacted Tech support and they were not much help.

I am here today, in need of some technically advise.

Thanks
