Automatic Backup Problem

I am using XP-Pro and want to have certain files backed up automatically
every night. I can run NT-Backup manually and everything is fine. But when I
set-up a schedule for a daily backup it does not run. When I look at the
<<Control Panel / Preference and Maintenance / Scheduled Tasks>> window I
see "Could Not Start" listed under status.

In the scheduling wizard I told it to run under my user name (with the
correct password) and I am an administrator.

What am I doing wrong?
