mysterious program accesing shared exe files

I need help with this as I am trying to delete these .exe files from my kazaa shared folder. Something is accesing them, and i dont know what. In any case I cannot delete them. not even in safe mode. This leads me to beleive that there is some rogue software that is messing with my computer. How can i find out exactly which program(in this case the program cannot be seen in the processes)is messing up my ability to delete crap from my kazaa. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks, I managed to get rid of those files. Spybot yields nothing, but I did mistakenly run internet explorer at low security settings the other day and i got a whole load of crap on my machine from some warez site popup thing. Spybot cleared all that it detected out, but i fear there is more than it can see infecting my machine.
