Kt400 or the nforce2

I have been doing research on motherboards. I am so under a debate to which AMD board I should get. The KT400 seems good but the nforce 2 seems like it's less problematic. So am wondering if anyone has any idea to what board should I purchase?

Nforce2 even if it were twice the price

VIA KT400 is a failure, don't even think about it. nForce2 offer much more better solution with a little higher in price.
