More Information

I have just purchased a a7v8x thinking the kt400 is the best mainboard chip available at present. Now I'm seeing that the Nvida2 chipset supports faster memory...Is it worth exchanging for the a7n8x while I still have the chance or are the differences minimal???
My current sys:
Athlon 2100
512 2700 DDR Crucial Ram
VisionTek 4600
WD 80 Gig Caviar
SB Live
Sony GPD 500
Just enough knowledge to get me in trouble!

If you have done some research or read some review on A7V8X and A7N8X, you should know that nForce2 beat KT400 in EVERY aspects, it is too bad you have bought KT400 as KT400 never be the best, when its first release, even KT333 can outperform it under DDR333 and the worst is KT400 do not support DDR400 well. nForce2 offer DualDDR, hardware 5.1 Dolby Digital encoder, better support on DDR400, dual LAN etc. The differences between these two chipset are significant. Well, good luck to you for using KT400...

Plug & Play? How about Plug & Pray!
