need help deciding on mobo

Im on a limmited budget and my two choices of mother boards are the asus P4S533 and Gigabyte GA-8PE667 not ultra or pro just GA-8PE667 so i am wondering which has better performance for games and video editing. heres a list of other components

p4 2.53 GHz
512 ddr 333
geforce 4 ti4600
80 gb hard drive

yes, hes right. it is an all around better board from what I have read also
