Question..IRQ reassignment.

Can anyone tell me how to reassign IRQ assignments...particularly for graphics...I have a FIC AD11 mother board...and it is not clear to me (in the bios) which hardware is on which IRQ...they are all PCI/PNP...I can find, through sytem devices, my assingments...but how do I change this in bios?...if it is done in bios.
