850E and 1066?

I have an 850E motherboard, the Gigabyte GA-8IHXP, and PC1066 RDRAM and they work fine together. Now, I want to put together a mATX system. Even though Intel doesn't officially support it, would the D850EMD2 work with PC1066? Anyone tried? Any other alternatives for mATX and pc1066? Thanks.

Thanks. Is there anything in the BIOS that will allow you to overclock from a 400 FSB to 533 (Auto or Manual)?
