I am thinking of buying a new P4 motherboard, but don't know which is better? Asus P4T533-R or Gigabyte GA-8INXP??
Which one is more stable?
Easy to overclock and it is safer to do it?

Pair it with a 2.4B with C1 stepping (available from atacom.com), Two Crucial DDR333 SDRAM memory modules and you'll be all set to overclock your 2.4B to 3GHz+. Simply set the FSB to 170MHz and you'll be at 3.06GHz, setting the AGP/PCI buses to 66MHz/33MHz ofcourse.
