I have a PSC 500 which used to print. I have deleted the printer in the
printers folder. I downloaded the software from HP and ran the
installation, but it only presents me with a vague error message:
Severe
There was an error during setup.
Please run setup again when the problem is resolved.

To what problem is this referring??? I have run all the registry edits in
their tech documents, to no avail. This unit is supposed to scan under
Win2K as well. Any ideas?
