For sale AMD 6000+ Xigmatek cooler & ram, or trade for good case

I've got a near new AMD 6000+(approx40hrs on it no o/c) w/ a new factory cpu cooler and fan, w/ the thermal paste still applied. This cpu ran 47-48c on orthos w/ another cooler just like this one w/ cool & quiet disconnected.(at stock clock speed)
I've also got a new in box Xigmatek S1283 cpu cooler. A 2008 Toms hardware recommended buy for if you do want to overclock it.
And I've got 2x2Gb sticks of DDRII-800 ram.Timings are 4-4-4-12 @ 1.8 to 1.9v. Part # is F2-6400CL4D-4GBHK. Also new in box.
I'd trade part of this stuff for an aftermarket case in good condition preferably with good cooling, or all of it if the case has a fan controller too.Case must accept mini ATX boards also and needs to be 8" wide.
Or I'd like $75.00 for the 6000+ & factory cooler, 40.00 for the xigmatek, and $35.00 for the ram and I'll pay ups ground to the lower 48 states.
I've also got a zerotherm copper BTF 90 cpu cooler w/ AMD mounts I'd throw in just to sweeten the deal,it's used but still good if someone wants to trade. all reasonable offers considered.
