This was my first "high end" video card. Still alive and kickin, however it tends to overheat. I took the heatsink/fan off a month or so ago and cleaned it good and applied new zalman thermal compound which helps some.

I'd like to trade it for a preferably new/lightly used psu : 300-450w, nothing special.

will sell for .... around $35 shipped.

Im very serious with this and it may just get you mentally flaccid but i have a RP500 rosewilll....your right its not the best brand etc but the pc its in has been run for less than 24 hours and in that times it ran a few hours of l4d and killing floor and thats all...it has performed perfectly....runs cool

I had it in my

AMD 4400+ could possibly keep an ice cube cool?
ECS crap but it runs cool
9800gtx+ running cool

etc....no problems

Im sure if your running a light build it would be just fine...

Is this GPU in good condition? i might be able to make some use of it im just not sure if its a good idea to buy one thats prone to running hot or has been overheated alot  oh and which version is it? 512 or 256? mind finding a pic or uping one?

If you would like to buy the psu let me know lol....i doubt il be able to sale it though....everyone trashes the rosewill name :(

I can take a picture when I get home later. I ran this card for a long time.... maybe it's the fact that it's having to display on my wifes 24'' lcd @ full resolution. I never had any problems when I had it on a smaller monitor.

I'd trade for your psu though. I have a complete build minus psu : (
