The article "Athlon On The Fast Lane: ..." states in the
section on nForce2 vs. nForce2 "Light":

"Performance users should go for the SPP (System Platform
Processor), which does not include graphics and requires
an AGP graphics card."

Does it really require an AGP card or can I use an old
PCI card? The performance I'm looking for is not for games
but numerical computing, memory bandwidth, and disk I/O.
