Does anyone have any experience with A21m Thinkpads?

I have one that has no audio. I've tried looking for the right drivers. My
OS is XP Pro and the IBM driver site offers no drivers for that OS. It
claims that they came with the system. No such luck. I tried the w2000
driver without success, again nothing. I had a peek at the BIOS to see if
there was a setting that needed adjusting - nope.

This one has me beat!
Your advice would really be appreciated.

IBM used to supply drivers in a folder called 'drivers'.. you might want to
look for something like this..
