How to time regulate sleep mode?

You can create a scheduled task, tell the scheduled task to wake the computer.

Open control panel and search for Task Scheduler,

Create a new task,

Under Triggers you can specify a time to run the task

Under conditions you can check the box that tells the task to wake the machine.
