Once you delete a file, does the computer store it anywhere else? Are there  
traces left behind so that you can find what was deleted and what the file  
contained?

If the file has been deleted from the Recycle Bin, it may still be  
recoverable with a 3rd party 'Undelete' program.  Are you trying to  
'completely' delete a file?
