WTB: Motherboard for Arctic Thunder arcade

I am in need of a dark blue motherboard for the Arctic Thunder arcade game. The board I am looking for has the player input controls on it. Also an identifying feature of this board (on every one I do not know but it is on this one) is printed onto the board "AT LEAST I'LL GET MY WASHING DONE"

Out of curiosity, since one of ours took a poo at work, does yours have "VIA PC133" on the northbridge heatsink? Can't find a replacement
