The system looks very good on paper, although I've never heard of Mmorax or Bestdata before. I would've been tempted to spend a little more and get a Ti-4600 Video card though. As for sound, that tends to be a personal preference thing. I prefer dedicated sound cards myself, but I've heard others say the 6 chanel audio on the P4PE is pretty good. Try it out for yourself and see how it goes. If you don't like it, you can always get a sound card later.

Greetings. I would spend the extra money to get a Lite-On CD-Burner and a Ti 4200 with 128MB of graphics memory.

There may be a way to disable this in the BIOS. Try disabling the Hardware monitor.
