ASUS P4S8X

Okay, I was gonna go with the Intel D845PEBT2 motherboard but found that the ASUS P4S8X was rated about ten points better.

So, the question is, what is the best/fastest memory I should buy for this puppy? As a side note I'll also be buying an ATI All in Wonder 9700 Pro and a Creative Labs Audigy 2 Platinum.

I'll want 512MB of RAM. All opinions and suggestions are welcome. Whoops, I almost forgot to mention that I'll be getting an Intel P4 2.53GHz as my idea as a trade-off forprice/performance. I can't go top of the line with the CPU as I want the other components mentioned above as they are expensive.

If ya overclock, get a Pentium4 2.4B with C1 stepping - Purchasable at atacom.com and pcnut.com. Make sure ya get the one with "C1 Stepping" in the product description.
