Stranglehold Tech

I've just purchased Stranglehold for PC on impulse, since I'm a John Woo fan and needed a game that was a bit of shoot-fest without much thinking required.

My question is this - is there anyway to tweak the graphical settings in a configuration file or through the console since the in-game graphical settings are abysmal. Basically all you can change is the resolution - making it slightly obvious this game was developed for the dreaded consoles rather than PC.
I'm gonna try using driver level AA settings etc. but those aren't exactly ideal.

Can anyone help me with this or post any useful links?
