Shutting down problem.

I just finished building my machine w/ Gigabyte's GA7VRXP motherboard and Antec 430 watt power supply... and my system seems to restart when I attempt to shut-down. Sounds like something I need to fix in BIOS, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

My last post wasn't clear enough. I'm using Windows XP. When I go to shut down, it does the entire shutdown process and my computer clicks off momentarily before starting back up again.

yeah, go to BIOS and disable wake on lan, wake on anything and wake for nothing.

if that's not the cause then come back here.
