Okay I'm looking at both boards, and both seem to sport the same overall features, plus the Abit accepts 4 DDR dimms over the 3 the asus takes. Being that they're both $126, which would you get and why?

To go along with the system, I'm prolly getting:

AXP 2600/333, 2/256MB Corsair PC3200 CL2 and will recycle my old GF4 ti4400, DVD/CDRW's, etc.
