The ati 4870 warrenty ends April 2011 and the processor ends next november Contact the number from orig. Package that will be shipped if doa. Yes Original Packaging Included.

I upgraded to ati 5870 and amd phenom II 955.
No never overclocked gpu. Processor overclocked to 2.8 ghz nothing big but will revert to standard 2.6ghz before selling.

the processor doesn't store the OC settings, it's the bios of the mb that tells the cpu what to run at.
