COD4 freeze when sniping

hey guys just need some help
i can play with any other gun but when i change class to my sniper class i can run around then when i scope up it freezes sometimes im lucky and can control alt delete but other times i have to reboot its not a conecton error coz i had that the other night any ideas

intel Q6600
Leadtek 8800GT
Gigatbyte GA-P35-DS3L
2 gigs kingston 800 ram

Hi, i have same the problem
When I am aiming with scope, so my PC often freezes


My PC:
Intel Q6600
Gainward GF8800GT
Asus P5K-E P35
Corsair Dominator 4×1GB DDR2 CL4 800Mhz
WinXP profesional SP3

I instaled old and new, graphics drivers, new directX, flash bios....

None change
