Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.newusers (More info?)

I don't know much about computers. I am a choreographer and my webpage is on
www.instantdissidence.co.uk. I used to be able to see it fine in my old
computer but now I've bought a new one that has windows xp and it does not
open properly. Can someone tell me what is wrong? Is it windows xp?
