hi friends
i've got a hp laptop and i got it with winxp preinstalled. i lost the winxp  
cd which came along with the laptop. i have the product key at the back of  
the laptop. but i cant install win xp when i give this key. says that this  
key is invalid.  
in the back side it is written as winxp professional 1-2cpu. xxxxx-001
how can i insatll windows xp again

In order to use the Windows XP Product Key that came with
your HP laptop, you'll have to use the HP Recovery CD
designed for your specific HP laptop computer.  Contact HP  
and order a Recovery CD replacement:
