Built a Athlonxp 2100 system with the DFI AD77 infinity mobo, not very popular but it seems pretty good. I switched mobo's and left the HD and i've hammered out all the little things, only 1 prob left. After starting, the system tests the memory and tells me AthlonXP 2100... then hangs. It claims that I can press Del to enter BIOS but I can't. I can get into bios if I hit del before the POST, tho. If I go into bios, i can exit with or w/o saving, it restarts comp and i'm fine. this isn't critical, just annoying. any suggestions?

AthlonXP 2100(1.73mhz), DFI AD77 infinity, 256mb ddram 333mhz, windowsME, and the venerable *voodoo3 3000* until i scrape up enuff cash.

also: i checked the manual and it says, essentially, that it SHOULD do that. I'm no expert but that seems wrong somehow. For instance, I can't turn on my comp and leave, I have to hit del-del-del to catch the .2 secs it tests memory, then exit bios and then the comp starts the way it should. a total pain. if it helps, i have to use the the ps/2 keyboard, not my USB, to get into bios. eh?
