Not very far unfortunately.
The 1.7 Celleron is built from the 0.18micron "wilty" core... and that only went up to 2Ghz... and is well known for producing a prestigious amount of heat, more than AMD cpu's.
With stock cooling you may get 2Ghz... but i highly doubt much beyond that.
You really should have got a P4 1.6A or 1.8A.
