I am looking for old CPU's (any brand pre-Pentium II) or other old computer chips that might be sitting in a drawer, box or storeroom and are no longer being used.
I will take them working or non-working.
My intent is to collect and preserve as many old processors as I can store, since most old computer equipment ends up in the landfill or is destroyed in the recycling process.
It would be sad if nothing will be left to show the development of the microprocessor to future generations.

I will pay the shipping costs to Illinois.

I've got a broken 2.0 pentium 4, and 2 really old pin CPU's - not sure about them.
