Has anybody tried an Athlon XP2700 or XP2800 on an Asus A7V333 Revision 1 motherboard?
The Asus webpage lists the A7V333 Revision 2 as compatible with these processors, but mine is a Revision 1.
I thought that all KT-333 based motherboards would be able to support 333 Mhz FSB cpus when they became available, but now it seems that only recent ones support them.

Such boards should support them by overclocking the bus speed to 333, but I'm not certain they have the 1/5 PCI and 2/5 AGP dividers, so you might end up with these devices being overclocked.
