My friend ordered an Asus A7N266-VM AA and it has an agp pro slot on it. A regular agp video card doesn't seem to fit in there. Would I have to buy an agp-pro video card, if so any recommendations on cards? Is there some sort of adapter? Thanks in advance. This is the board I ordered.

NEVER use a AGP 2x video card with any nForce mobo. It might damage the mobo. nForce can't use 3.3V 2x cards

It does. AGP Pro only has an extra slot (make it a little bit longer). Regular AGP should fit in it (FYI, most Asus boards have AGP Pro slot).

 Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.

***UPDATE****

It turns out his video card was a Voodoo 3 3000 AGP, but i think only agp 2x.. as it didn't fit in the slot properly. I tried a matrox g400 which is an agp4x card, and it fit perfectly. I didn't realize there was a differance in design from the 2x to 4x apg cards. The 4x cards have an additional notch in them, where the 2x only has one notch. THanks for all the replies.

fiask0!
